19th Century Shaker Candle Stand
Shaker Candle Stand attributed to Canterbury Shaker Village, Circa 1850-1870. Birch and Maple. Dark cherry varnish finish. Cylindrical tapered shaft. Unsual square tabletop. Queen Ann legs with snake feet. These were typically found in hallways in the community. Repair to one leg at base. Cracking of shaft. Stable table. 27"h x 16" top. Sold at Willis Henry Auction in 2019.
