Gorgeous 1880s Square Crazy Quilt

This 1880s "Crazy Quilt" is an excellent example of the genre.  It uses beautiful, bright, varied types of fabrics and has lovely top stitching.  The border is thick because it is velvet, burgundy on the front and mustard on the back.  It measures 60 x 60 inches, which is a great size for a wall hanging. The only issues found are a couple of small pieces of fractured fabric on the front, which can be seen in the photos and which are not uncommon for the age of the piece.
