Shop Desk.  Pine, poplar and butternut.  Circa 1840.  Yellow stained finish.  Slant lid hinged top opening to a well with two poplar, dovetailed drawers with brass pulls.  Three full graduated and dovetailed drawers.  Square tapered legs.  Signed on back of interior drawer on right side in old ink "Sylvester S..." (possibly Brother Sylvester Slow of Enfield, NH).  Measures 44 1/2 inches high, 30 inches wide, 18 1/2 inches deep.  Provenance: Willis Henry Auctions.  Contact us for price.
