Shaker Swift painted chrome yellow top and bottom. Rare original paint. Attributed to the Hancock, MA community. Tabletop yarn winder used by the Shakers to wind skeins of yarn into balls. Each arm connected by string so they can be extended like an umbrella by pushing on gliding clamp. Cup at top. Large wooden clamp with scribe marks on handle for attaching to tabletop.
