Vintage "Overall Bill" Appliqué Quilt

Vintage "Overall Bill" Appliqué Quilt

$125.00Price

This vintage 1930s applique quilt pattern is called "Overall Bill," and is the corresponding male pattern to the "Sunbonnet Sue" pattern popular at that time.  It has also been referred to as an Amish boy and a farmer boy.  The adorable boys on this quilt have great brightly colored fabrics.  The quilt measures 42 x 71, with thin batting, and can be used on a child-size bed, or can be hung on the wall.  There are two places where the applique needs quick reattaching, one on a small section of a hat and one on a small piece of a shoe. This can easily be done by sewing or with fabric glue and does not affect the look or the use of this adorable quilt.
